Our Cancellation Policy
Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes at least two business days before your appointment to avoid incurring a late cancellation fee. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer the time slot to another patient in need.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy. This policy allows us to manage our schedule and provide the best service to all our patients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
1. Cancellation Notice
Please make any schedule changes two business days before your appointment to avoid incurring a late cancellation fee.
Our clinic is open Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM. Please note that our clinic is not open on weekends. For appointments booked on Mondays and Tuesdays, please contact us the previous week if you would like to cancel or make any changes to your appointment.
2. Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations made less than two business days of your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the appointment.
Less than 24 hours of notice or failing to attend your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the cost of the appointment.
Repeat no-shows may result in having to pre-pay for future services.

3. Late arrivals
In addition, arriving more than 10 minutes late for your appointment may result in cancellation of the appointment.
4. Validation Rule
You must receive a confirmed email receipt from us for any cancellation or change of appointment to be valid.
5. Exceptions
We understand that unavoidable emergencies and special circumstances can occur. Exceptions to our policy are made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the clinician. Please contact us to discuss unexpected schedule adjustments.
